Tivona pushed open the oak door to the tavern, dragging a large evergreen tree behind her. "I've got the tree!" she exclaimed. It was the day a lot of the patrons in the inn were looking forward to, getting to decorate the tree for the holidays and make the tavern flowing in the spirit of the festival. Placing the boxes on the tables near the fireplace, she began to slide away other tables and benches to make a spot for the tree. "We can place it over here," she called to Tivona. Standing the tree up, the two looked up in wonder at the size. "I didn't think it would be that big," mumbled Tivona. "That's ok, I'll get Ornament to help out, he loves doing the star and ornaments." Ornament looked up from his work and held it to the light, "I think it will work just fine." Heading back down to the tree, the two dragons started humming carols. Seeing the tree in the corner by the fireplace, Ornament carefully flew up to the top and placed the star. The sunlight shown through the glass and lit up the star, sending twinkling lights across the bar. "Now it's time for the holidays," Ornament said with a smile. Jasper is knitting ugly Christmas sweaters for the entire clan! Each sweater will be unique, fitting the personality of the dragon receiving it.

Whitlock is putting up Christmas trees all over the clan! It's his favorite activity to do during the Holidays; it gives him a challenge to do!

"I'll be back soon, see if you can't whip up some hot chocolate whilst i'm out. I'm gonna need some warming up." His wings started beating slowly as he walked past her, getting warm for the flight ahead. He knew there wouldn't be any cocoa when he came back, but it can't hurt to try. It was getting colder, and Lata would be asleep by the time he got back. She's very snakelike, right down to her cold blood. In a few hours when the temperature lowers she'll probably be passed out somewhere warm. A rush of cold air hit his face when he walked outside. Snow-covered bamboo covered the Steppes. Sharp leaves dripping the beginnings of icicles. Bark loved seeing the strong green softened by the light, powdery blue of the snow. His fins fluttered in anticipation of his task today, he would be digging out a bamboo shoot to decorate as the yule log. This year it was his turn to find the biggest bamboo shoot under the snow, and he'd have to find it fast before the weather made it impossible to find one. Wings beating faster, he leaped into the air and used a bit of wind magic to hoover in place for a moment. He starts scanning the forest for a likely site to start working. There's a spot where the bamboo is just a tad shorter than everywhere else, it must be newer growth. Fins ripple as a gush of energy bursts inside him, he's seen his target. Drawing upon the energy, he grabs a nearby air current and wrestles it downwards. With a whoosh the fallen snow is thrown into the air in a shimmering cloud of crystals, revealing the soft ground underneath. Blowing the snowclouds to the side and letting them drop back to the ground, a circle is left bare. Inside it are some stubby sharp pods sticking from the ground, the bamboo shoots. Fins undulating in excitement, the fae dives down to land beside the biggest one. Reaching down, he grabbed the top of the shoot and pulled. It popped out of the ground after a few minutes of strained tugging. The fae inspected it and saw not much damage to the shoot, so looks like he found the yule shoot. Mission accomplished. All he had to do was get it back home, and Lata and he could decorate it together. In the spring they would plant it back into the forest and tie it with a ribbon to celebrate the new year. He was looking forward to it.

I see we have the same name! I've just joined my new clan and will be the Christmas Representative. My goal is to try and find a suitable mate so that we may produce a clutch for Christmas.

He might finally give in and purchase a brand new set of nightlights to put on the farm's buildings and trails. He may be at a rest from most of his usual work activities, but there'll still be lots to do in other ways during the season. He'll also host a big feast for his friends, besides paying a visit to his neighbours at the Fairglow Cliff.

Kritmah can be seen zooming all around camp at ridiculous hours, reminding everyone that it is the holiday season! The time not spent harassing her clanmates is dedicated to organizing and making new decorations for their camp. They may be nomads but that doesn't mean they can't make their current place pretty!

Already a busy dragon, the holiday season is a trainwreck for Drauschken. So many christmas lights to take care of! He takes pride on his electrical work, but sometimes he wishes there were more engineers around...

He's planned a day where he and Tyros would put up all the decorations Casper always had, plus some extra goodies he bought to add an extra flair to the house. He even decided to put on some Christmas music as they decorated, and he could tell the little Pearlcatcher loved it enough to add the memory to their pearl. At the end, they also made some special hot chocolate together and relaxed in front of the tree, both content with the preparations that have begun.

Now Casper has to start figuring out the gifts he'll get for Tyros.
