@AeolianOakdown Hey I know there's no one on the blacklist yet, but in the unfortunate case that it happens, you actually can't have a public blacklist. You can have a private list offsite for reference, but you're not allowed to make a blacklist. It's considered harassment in FR's rules. Emphasis is mine.
