((I didn't even know what to expect at first but this was really fun! I especially liked getting to do these mini role-play things, and reading all the silly ways people got out. If you end up having a pinglist for future tournaments, definitely put me on it!))

In her excitement Corsica flew so fast she almost smashed into the airship's deck while landing. She slid a bit, rolled once and came to a stop just as Zaffre and Ghost ran up to meet her.
"Guys! Hi! I missed you two, and everybody else too!" Corsica said excitedly to a slowly gathering crowd of her clanmates.
"So how'd it go?" Zaffre asked, looking like he could barely contain his excitement.
Corsica grinned widely.
"I'm one of the winners! It was awesome! Wanna see what I got?" she asked and started pulling the prizes out of her bag as the group expressed their curiosity.
The Tunneler's Tournament was an amazing adventure, but it was good to be back home.

Gytabi stumbled out of the tunnel, dirt encrusting every grubby inch of her. A fit of coughing sent up plumes of dust that surrounded her like an earthy halo. Gypsis gave a few helpful pounds on her back and then leaned close to whisper, "I've been looking into that Seahorse sneaker, her route home takes her through some pretty rough territory and if we pick the spot right..."
"Gypsis," her sister interrupted, "I WON!"
"You...? Really? REALLY?"
"Look what I got!" Gytabi hefted up several heavy rings of pure gold, and a length of high quality fabric. "It was a free-for-all when we finally hit the treasure cavern, but I think I came out alright. Could have used your muscle though."
Gypsis gave a low whistle, "Look at the shine on those beauties. They'll be worth a coin or two."
"Nope." Gytabi pushed Gypsis away, straight-arming her in the face. "I'm keeping these. I've earned them. You can have this though." She handed her sister the bit of fabric.
Gypsis ran the silky length of it through her claws. It was soft and quite pretty. After a moment of hesitation she wound it around her neck as a scarf. "I've got the rest of our loot together. Time to move on?"
"Yeah, before one of the judges finds out about the Pearl Catcher. Or the Spiral."
"Or the Bogsneak." Gypsis agreed. "Where to next?"
"Home of course." Gytabi said, the word unwieldy on her tongue. Outfit Vector had only recently become a 'home' to them, and it was still an odd notion that they even had one.
"Home it is."
The mirror sisters collected their legally and illegally obtained goods and pointed their snouts south to the red glow on the horizon.
"Gypsis," her sister interrupted, "I WON!"
"You...? Really? REALLY?"
