He's always been fond of winter and all the festivities that accompany it. Ever since he took up the council job, however, his attire has been drawing unfavourable comparisons to ornaments and he's not too fond of that. Still, he's always loved kids, so he uses it to his advantage to keep them occupied and get them excited about the winter celebration too.
