I really like the sound/feeling of stepping on a certain quality of ice. It's the kind of ice that has frozen in a thin sheet, and when it's not so cold but is still just freezing, and maybe it's been in the sun, you can step on it, and the entire sheet will crack and crackle and CRUNCH under your boot. It's a very nice and fulfilling sensory experience.

Also really into the way melting ice sounds in trees as it cracks.

I was only around snow for a brief portion or two of my life. A year or two the first time and then just a few days here or there. Which sucks because I love the cold! I love bundling up under a blanket and putting on a jacket. I want to play in snow more, lol. I've never managed to build a snowman and one of my future goals involves a lot of snow so I'll hopefully be able to enjoy it a lot more then!

I don't get to experience snow irl where I live so I live winter through images and videos online! One of my favourite videos is the guy throwing hot coffee into the air and it turning into mist, or the dog (or many dogs haha) that just jump into snow with a PLOP and disappear. Also!!!!! Special mention to the vine of the guy who keeps trying to stop himself from falling on ice and the cameraman just laughing madly. Amazing. I love winter and all the science and joy that comes with it :D

It just looks so soft and fluffy... I like it.
Once I went to climb a mountain with my family in winter and gave up halfway there. I kinda regret it because it was snowing there and i didn't get to feel it because i decided to give up, but I hope that some day i can go there again and finish!
