Upon asking for instructions about NvP, he explains hes clearing up the area because the Nature booth needed a bit of an expansion due to the events it was offering taking up too much room. He points to a sign that says "We've moved! Please check out below to gather instructions on where you can find the Poisonous Pots Consulate Expo booth." Seems easy enough!
