The letter Navara left had been short and to the point: she would leave, along with the other elemental representatives would leave after being manipulated by the Banescale that took residence in the caverns below.
Ramati scowled. Just as she got back with a plan, eleven of the most powerful dragons in the clan had left, leaving their home weaker than ever. "Traitors," she muttered. She crumpled the paper in her talons and threw it behind her back.
"I'm truly sorry," said Fungi. The Pearlcatcher shrivelled up and looked down. "They ran off in the night, and nobody could find them. And after you handed leadership to me too. If there's any way I can make it up to you-"
"Nonsense, I gave you your position for a reason." Ramati interrupted. "Besides, there's nothing we can do about it now. We'll wait until Izas returns from the cavern. What was the Ancient's name again? Giant?"
"Yes, I believe so." Giant had appeared two months earlier, around the time when Fungi assumed leadership. They had done nothing special, but for some reason or another, every representative was attracted to them, for they could grant wishes- at a price.
First was Earth's who wished for beauty. Then followed Arcane's who wanted nothing more than for her experiments to succeed. The following weeks were blurry for Fungi, as she was stressed from the tortured screams of the two, then three. The full details of what the others wished for were unknown, but she could make her own assumptions.
Just then, a yellow-green Obelisk rose from the hole leading to Giant's domain. "Excuse me, I come bearing a report." Izas said gravely.
"Just tell me." the Skydancer sighed. "Whatever they demand, I can take it."
"Well..." Izas started. "It's less of a demand, and more like information. Giant said that the rep... I mean, traitors, were too weak. Studied their god's ways and magic, yes, but there's something missing. They said that we could raise strong ones under the right conditions but..." He stopped, looking away. "I think you should read this." The Obelisk held out a scroll
Ramati grabbed it, carefully inspecting the words. "This..." She stopped. "Their demands are so much. I've never encountered criteria this demanding. This could be a trick, as far as I can tell."
"Well, there's only one way we can find out." Fungi replied. "We just have to try."[/center]

Hello, and welcome to my coliborn! This is supposed to not only help me with my (and my clan's) search for elemental representatives, but also flesh out my lore! Apologies in advance if I'm not able to update the story every single day, I'm still in school.
TL;DR for the story so far: the elemental representatives left the Clan of the Fallen Giant due to having their wishes used against them by a mysterious Banescale. Fungi, Ramati and co. try to complete the coliborn challenge to produce stronger dragons.
Speaking of which, let's get onto the rules!
Rules
This will be using the standard coliborn rules found here, along with some of the extra challenges:
Eggs must be hatched on the first day of their respective festival.
An elemental runestone must be found before hatching its respective egg.
All dragons will be trained to lv. 25.
I won't be using the combat purist rule though, I'm terrible at keeping track of this stuff.
