Eta was, certainly, a very Arcane dragon. Oftentimes he would lose hours of clear nights to stargazing, tracing a claw from one light to another, trying to connect the dots. It was wondrous, the expanse above, so wondrous that he often forgot about the world he walked upon.
He'd been chided on such things. Afterall, it didn't do one good to spend so long staring at the distance, longing for something he couldn't even name.
Perhaps that's why he was the first to look at the application.
"'A quest for glory. A chance to make friends. A chance to achive greatness'", he read off. He considered the paper. Glory? Greatness? He didn't care much about those things. But friends? Such things were hard to come by when you didn't look down.
