[b]Gisil[/b] and [b]Blackcape[/b] stay in an alliance. ~~~~~~~~~~~~[/center] The rest of the day is a quiet one. Still reeling from the earthquake, most of the dragons stay where they are. [b]Avekir[/b], having grown close to [b]Rad[/b] after going through the disaster together, gives her the rest of his plant food as well as one of the familiars he had acquired. She thanks him profusely, but feels bad that she can't give him much back. [b]Blackcape[/b], seeing [b]Gisil[/b] grow hungrier and hungrier as the day passes, gives her his potion, as he has no other food she would be able to eat. When she tries to decline, he insists that she will need it more than he does. [center]~~~~~~~~~~~~ @TheAwesoMew @Avrap @FlamingDragon02 @CrystalDragon14[/center] Another little short update, since there hasn't been much change since last Trinket day. But we at least get to see how these four are doing. [b]Avekir[/b] does the proper thing and doesn't hoard his extra lives, so now [b]Rad[/b] is the only other dragon who also has an extra life. Hopefully Pinkerton gives us more food drops so there will be more to trade for the next Trinket day ! She hears a noise coming from the bushes and goes to investigate. When she goes beyond the bushes, she comes upon a small clearing and two fighting dragons. [b]Zelda[/b] had stumbled upon [b]Littlejaw[/b] while wandering the arena, and knowing it was either her or the other, she initiated the attack. [b]Littlejaw[/b] notices [b]Gisil[/b] entering the clearing and, thinking she is there to help [b]Zelda[/b] kill her, gives one last swipe and runs off into the bushes once more. Noticing her fear, [b]Zelda[/b] immediately knoes there is a danger behind her. Before [b]Gisil[/b] can react, [b]Zelda[/b] spins on her heel and digs her claws deeply into the other dragon's side. [b]Gisil[/b] gasps as she begins to profusely bleed onto the ground. [b]Zelda[/b], seeing all the blood, realizes in horror that this would be her first kill. She suddenly is unable to breath, so instead of finishing her off, she leaves [b]Gisil[/b] alone on the forest floor and runs as fast as she can in the opposite direction. [b]Gisil[/b], knowing she has little time left, fumbles with her bag. Once she finally gets it open, she grabs the healing potion [b]Blackcape[/b] had given her yesterday. She uncorks it and quickly drinks it down, feeling how it cools her throat and spreads across her body. The bleeding begins to slow, and she rests there, hoping [b]Blackcape[/b] would come looking for her soon. It's not much, just 13 matches, but it's enough to get all three dragons up from level 1 to [b]level 3[/b]. It also gives some food to one of our most starving dragons, [b]Zelda[/b]. And speaking of her, she's also the one who will be getting the pulled plant food. Battle-wise, it was surprisingly hard. The enemies were constantly hitting with criticals, and a lot of the time the dragons kept missing. [b]Gisil[/b] almost died in the second round because of this, but thankfully that potion gave her enough HP to get through the match so I could reload after it was over. She's also the last dragon tribute from [b]District 3 (Fire)[/b] so her surviving ensures her district keeps going in the challenge as well. As for everyone else, we're now less than [b]3 days[/b] away before complete starvation for [b]6 dragons[/b]. Will they be able to get some food before that happens ?
