Larimar sighed, another boring day on the icy sea. Honestly at this rate his service on the ship would take ages, literally. Neither of his fellow crewmates seemed the least bit interesting. Bold seemed determined to keep working, and while Lutes was nice, did he always have to be humming!? Feeling disgruntled, Larimar headed back to his bunk, ready to curl up and mope. About to throw himself into his hammock, he stopped. Tacked to the post beside his hammock was a sketch of him. A tad crude and lacking some of his defining features such as his sweeping jawline but nonetheless it was him. Sure the colors were a tad inaccurate, but art was art and he appreciated the gesture, after all wasn't beauty in the eye of the beholder? Perhaps the artist would draw him later in a more dashing light. Imagining even more portraits in the future Larimar curled up in a much better mood.

Incidentally I was just waiting for my random dragons to grow up, and was all ready to hit the coliseum. Then Pinkerton just gives me a trinket, though it's a bit funny that it's the item in the Devil's Song tab description.
Some say that you can't put a price on a soul. Others say 'I'll pay 47 treasure for that!'

Incidentally I was just waiting for my random dragons to grow up, and was all ready to hit the coliseum. Then Pinkerton just gives me a trinket, though it's a bit funny that it's the item in the Devil's Song tab description.

Stogwen knew he was destined for greatness; but destiny had forgotten him. Surely he was on the list of plucky-farm-boys-who-slay-the-beast-and-save-the-princess list. Oh well, perhaps he was merely being tested, so he waited, and waited, and waited. But destiny never came, perhaps it had gotten lost? Deciding that was surely the problem Stogwen set off on his "quest." Which really meant stopping at the nearest tavern and lurking in a shadowy corner for someone to assign a quest. Or maybe the second tavern? Or the third! Yes, third time was the charm, a squalid establishment nestled in a port that reeked of fish. The sailors there had wonderful tales of hidden treasure and fearsome monsters. But those had all been completed, so Stogwen continued waiting. Deep into the night, when the candles were guttering and the wind was howling, a grizzled sailor spoke in barely a whisper about a frozen ship in the frozen wastes. "A devil dwells there" they claimed, "gathering lost souls for nameless evil..." Ah that was it! A nameless ship of unspeakable darkness and despair was exactly what he was looking for! Realizing that the call of of destiny was finally singing it's sweet tunes, Stogwen hastened to the chase. Through sea and snow he had traveled to find the ship, and now he had found it. Now just to defeat the devil...

When hunted, they can shed on command, allowing them to escape when their pursuers stop to empty the pebbles out of their shoes.
