Hello!

Welcome to a spinoff of this wonderful idea to get motivated to write for your dragons. I'll copy-paste @littletoes101 directions for the most of this since they're the person who originally inspired me.

This is basically just a challenge to get me to freaking stop procrastinating on doing my lore! I've cut it down into simple steps in an attempt to get over my executive dysfunction (which by the way is an awful disorder/symptom, kudos to you if you have it and you write lore/don't write lore because it sucks).

xxxxxI'm giving every dragon a name based on the naming system I've come up with, which will be posted here eventually.
xxxxxEvery dragon will have a biography with the following segments at the very least. What will word count be decided with? You'll see.
lightmidsmall2.png
- An information segment with name meaning and origin, gender, sexuality, approximate age, zodiac information, personality type, and basic stats (agility, charisma, intelligence, strength, speed, stamina, magic, religion).

- An Early Life/Life Before the Rift segment.

- A Rift segment (my lore essentially takes place in a multiverse and it's in a place called The Crossroads, it'll make more sense later but basically, a bunch of universes mixed together).

- A Partner segment (information on the partner they were assigned after The Rift).

- A Relationships segment with at least two relationships (friendly, enemies, mates, whatever).

- A Family segment with family members within the Clan/outside of the Clan who are lore-important.

- A Magic segment with their Crossroads-specific magic style (there's a lot to this I won't get into but it's based on the gender alignment/gender element system, it's pretty cool actually).

- A Trivia segment with at least 3 pieces of trivia about them.

- And last but not least, a Danganronpa-inspired segment where I list their most loved/liked gifts of items from Flight Rising, as well as their responses when given those things.

Note that this is subject to change, but this is how it's planned for now. They will also need a bio code and at least one outfit and, for gen ones/ungened dragons, at least one gene plan.

Word Count Determination
lightmidsmall2.png
So, you may be asking, what determines how many words you write for each section at minimum, Little? And to that, I have to give thanks to @FirozTaverbi for their amazing Biolocke format. I kinda changed it around a lil bit to better fit my challenge specifically, but the basics are about the same.

Essentially, pulls from Pinkerton determine the baseline challenge for the day, and if I get that finished, pulls from Crim determine the extra challenges for the day.

Pulls
This covers all pulls, whether they be from Crim or from Pinkerton. While Pinkerton pulls must be done each day and cannot be skipped, you have the option of skipping a maximum of two Crim pulls a day should you decide to do Crim. However, if you have the item she's asking for and you sell it to her, you can skip that item's requirements without it counting towards your daily limit.

Food

100 words.
200 words.
300 words.
400 words.
 • If the item pulled has a rating of , then add an additional 400 words.
 • If I feel as though the section alone should not be that long, and is better with fewer words, I am obligated to put the remaining words into another segment. Meaning if the "General Overview" gets done, but the word count isn't, the remaining words are written in another segment.
Material or Trinket

100 words.
150 words.
250 words.
400 words.
600 words.
 • Same rules apply as above.
Familiar

Roll a 10-sided die. Multiply your result by 100. That's the amount you need to write.
 • Same rules apply as above.
Apparel

Aww guess what buddy? You get to do a short story segment! Read on to see what that means.
 • Same rules apply as above.
Battlestone/Battle Item

Guess what, buttercup? That's right, a battlestone means you've got to do a minimum of two segments on a dragon today. To determine your word count, roll a 100-sided die. Multiply that by 10. That's how many words you need to write in total. I'm not completely heartless.

Short Story Segment

A small travel, with a pouch full of dried delicacies, would do best to clear her mind. She was having trouble concentrating on scribing. Closing her eyes, she stood and started her way towards the trading post where she would look at wondrous items displayed in the trade posts. Her eyes drifted upwards and she took off, drifting on the wind like a butterfly. The wind blew her up into the sky and she smiled, feeling the wind against her fins. xxxxThe fly there was short, and it wasn’t long until the trading post was revealed. She tilted her wings downward to glide gracefully towards the grass. xxxxShe breathed in the air, tasting the sweet baked goods and flowery fragrances drifting with the wind. She folded her fins inward as she inhaled deeply, and let them spring outward as she exhaled. Joy crossed her face and she hummed happily- a trait not so very common among Fae. Many were unable to express their emotions through tone of voice- but somehow, Cynder could. She didn’t mind, the ability only made her more special. She wondered the posts, browsing the wares and other items, before coming across the lovely selection of colored ribbons. "Humble Beginnings" - A 2 part tale

xxxxThe sun was warm on the fae’s face, the bright ball of light in the sky was radiating the gentleness that illuminated the gorgeous and expansive blue sky. The wind was gentle and the wind blew over her scales as her fins fluttered in the wind. Her large eyes, normally open, were closed as she basked in the sunlight. Yes, it was beautiful. Because of the exposure to magical radiation if his Arcanic background, Lynx was born with two large buck-like horn extensions sprouting inches above his antennae. This led to complications, the skydancer having to learn how to operate around them. He took the nagging, discrimination and name-calling in stride without falter. As a young adult, though, he walked away briskly from his clan as the pursuit of scholars to find survivors. He developed many quirks- one of which was deflecting and defending himself by aimlessly flirting with other dragons. This has, honestly, led himself to many-a difficult situation… Like in a fistfight with a Guardian protecting his mate who later invited him into the Bleka’s Wings clan.
