I wanted to take a moment to give an important update! Lately life has become more eventful. I work full time, and just purchased a beat-up townhome which needs a LOT of renovation. Meaning I need to cut back on some of the projects on FR that I have to open up space for real life chores. So with that being said, I'm going to be stepping down from moderating AND participating in the Vow, to just moderating. Since I already finished the Vow previously with Salamandastron, I feel comfortable letting Honek and Co have a break and not completing a second round. :) This opens up MUCH more time to keep up with everyone else's challenges. Starting with a long overdue audit of the participants and updating the front page like I was going to do months ago. I will actually be working on that tonight and should have it finished by then. And of course I'm still subscribed to the forum, and will update as needed. And I'll definitely stay active in terms of saying hi and commenting on other challengers' achievements! This is by no means stating the Vow is closed! I encourage more participants all the time! It was a fun game for me to take, and I bet it will be fun for many more people to come. This thread will always be open! And if I find anything relevant to the vow (battlestones I don't need, genes, clothes), I'll post them here first! Anyway! Time to get to work and get everything updated! :)

I hope the house renovations go well! Quick update for Seaweed and Flamie - They, with the help of the newly-restatted Mire Flyer, Ilona, went out over the Drakeharvest and got Flamie up to level 15! They also picked up some bloodscale greaves and some bamboo spare tea, along with various elemental battlestones. New research has discovered that since the new creatures appeared at Redrock Cove it is no longer the best place to search for an Eliminate. The best place is now the Crystal Pools. The venue is as pretty as ever. They venture in with some trepidation, but they are stronger than the last time they visited. Enemies are now easier to deal with though they still have to pay attention or they get overwhelmed by the four-strong packs. A change of scenery is nice. She dives down to fetch it and brings back an [item=Aid] battlestone. LittlePrincess heard it is a more useful form of healing and destroys his Regeneration stone to equip the Aid. As they head back into battle, he sees why. Immediately healing almost back to full health is much more useful when several enemies are out to beat you than the gradual healing he's used to. Things just got a bit easier.
