Many of them have accepted their life as simply unfortunate, and some have even come to terms with the hard to face fact that life is unfair. They must be stronger than their recruits. Strength is valuable. Important. Vital to not being back-stabbed. [s]Put a big obnoxious crown and/or robe on them for good measure.[/s] I will be dressing all of the dragons for this challenge with whatever apparel and skin/accent I have on hand. They must know their worth. They must know that they’re better than alllll the others. 3. If any dragon ever passes them in level, that dragon takes over as the new leader. Exalt the old leader. They must be banished in shame. 4. Recruit your first crime buddies. Grab four more of the cheapest adults off the auction house. [s]Roll a six-sided die for each. If you get a six, congrats![/s] After the first day of doing this challenge and having to level up and exalt 20 dragons, I've decided to modify this rule. I will be using a 4-sided dice for each. If I get a 4, congrats! That dragon has passed my test and has been hired into my band of criminals. 4. If a dragon fails, exalt it. It is not worthy of being among you. 5. Continue your recruitment efforts until you get a successful recruit (or two at once if you’re lucky)! You may now move on to the drama phase.[/size][/font][/indent] [font=Monospace][size=4][b]Phase 2 » » »[/b] There is much drama to be had in a band of criminals like the one you are running. Each day is full of terrible terrible happenings. Roll a ten-sided die. Since I'm tired of rolling too many [i]Crimes Time![/i] events, I am removing two of them. My next challenge is as follows:[/font][/size] [indent][font=Monospace][size=4]1. There’s a [b]Scandal[/b] (or romance) afoot. Pick two of your ready to breed dragons at random if you have any. Put them on a nest. The babies will join your crime organization when they hatch. Level them to five when they come of age. If the parents would be exalted while they’re on the nest, wait until their nest hatches and then exalt them. If nobody is ready to breed, grab a random hatchie off the AH. A secret forbidden child or sibling has been uncovered. 2. There’s [b]Romance[/b] in the air. Pick two dragons at random. They are now in a relationship. If one gets exalted, so does the other. Their fates are bound together. 3. [b]Hunting trip.[/b] Take any two of your dragons into a coli venue that is too low for them to gain experience. (Your choice.) Go until you get a familiar or chest drop. 4. [b]Freeloader.[/b] Some random dragon has decided to hang at your place. Who is this guy??? Grab the cheapest adult off the AH. Leave them at level one. 5. [b]Crimes time![/b] Pick two dragons at random. They have to go on a quest now. Raise both of them a level. Roll a six-sided die for each. If it’s a one, exalt them as they were lost in the mission. 6. [b]Kids can do crimes too.[/b] Grab the cheapest hatchie off the AH. Level it to five when it comes of age. 7. [b]Backstabbing.[/b] Choose a dragon at random who is not the leader. Exalt them. Bye. 8. [b]Test the Newbies.[/b] Roll a d10 for each of your lowest level dragons. If it’s higher than their level, exalt them. They were not good enough. Raise the remaining low level dragons by one level. 9. [b]Major Heist!![/b] This is it! Your time to shine. Roll a d12 for every dragon. If you get higher than their level, exalt. Raise all survivors by one level. 10. [b]A coup![/b] Exalt your leader. They have been dramatically betrayed by the others a la the ides of march. Determine a new leader from the remaining dragons. The highest level dragon will be it. If there is a tie, the oldest tied dragon shall be the leader. Level the tied dragon one level to make it better than its peers. If you ever run out of dragons completely, [b]you lose.[/b] Start over. Consider keeping a high-score chart to see which crime organization lasts the longest. If you ever run into a very exciting dom raffle or battle, feel free to exalt/send as many as you want. Run out of space and need to cull the group? Yeet them. [b]There is no mercy here in the Fodderlocke.[/b] None at all. If for some ungodly reason a dragon ever gets to level 25, crown them the lord of all fodder. Give them stats and stones and pull them out to make them your new two fodder trainer. Or exalt them for being too strong. Your choice.[/quote]

While not the most intelligent, her natural charisma could enchant nearly anyone who crossed her path. He had been more than aware of the corrupt happenings taking place in the Forgotten Cave, and he would have done anything he could to help the innocent denizens who had taken refuge there. Just because the Recruits of the Disgraced furthered his ultimate path didn't mean he necessarily stood by them. He had little use for their petty rules, and had found it much easier to simply let his kindness guide him. This attitude obviously affected his leadership capabilities, seeing as he didn't have any tangible motivation to guide the recruits. Since he had his own ideals, he couldn't be bothered with the rest of the crews'. Especially considering the fact that his would change almost daily, and his way of acting upon his goals would vary widely. Supposedly he had previously dedicated his life to research, but when it was discovered that he had been using unethical methods of gathering information, he had been promptly imprisoned. Morgana supposed the distrust came from dragons who had been taught the hard way that kindness always comes at a cost. Often times she couldn't sense when her kindness was being abused, or when she was being taken advantage of. She had unknowingly become the perfect prey for Chamomile to use as [s]bait[/s] the first line of defense. Her shyness had naturally manifested itself into her quiet demeanor. Because of her accidental stealth, she had been used as a spy on more than a few missions. The recruits all seemed to trust her, mainly since she hadn't done anything to cross them, but also because they all had bigger issues with the rapidly changing climate of their syndicate. Either way, none of them had noticed that Lilith may not have been fully committed to their cause.[/size][/font][/columns]

Rosalyn felt the last of his strength drain from his body, leaving a limp and permanently unconscious one in its place. Her tears were blocking her vision now, but she shakily got to her feet despite that. And who else to take over in his wake but Rosalyn, the dragon that no one in the group thought would amount to anything?
