the story so far.
it's such a shame that you became such an issue.
this is a catalog of everything that has happened in the story so far. it will include links to posts so you can read about what happened. info posts are written in more of a wiki-style retelling of an episode type format; think of a wikipedia entry for an episode of a TV show here, except in bullet points. story posts are, of course, written in a storytelling format rather than the informational format. i'll try to keep them even, but no promises.

story post one: and so it begins.
all things begin as they end.

All great stories have their beginnings, and this one is no different.

For as long as dragonkind has existed, so too has crime. Many see
crime as a plague, an infestation that must be eradicated.

Others, however -- the smart ones -- see crime as an opportunity,
waiting to be taken advantage of.

However, crime can only truly be successful when you do not have
competition. And when you are a crime family, another crime family
encroaching on your territory is the last thing you want or need.

Unfortunately for the Black Claw and Shifting Sands families, that is
exactly what is happening.

No one knows for sure the history between Marina Samsa (leader of the
Black Claw family) and Alke Von Grimmelshausen; it is as shrouded in
mystery as the two dragons themselves are. One a notorious serial
killer, and the other a descendant of crime bosses, one can only image
what their relationship with each other must be like.

Either way, one thing is clear: the two families hate each other, and
would do anything if it meant seeing the other one fall. If one can
manage to off the other, they would be able to take control of the
fallen one's entire territory and criminal franchise. Essentially,
they could be living a life of luxury, if they knew what they were
doing with it, of course. Naturally, empires come with enemies, and
inheriting the territory would mean inheriting the enemies as well...
but that's a risk they're all willing to take.

The real question everyone is asking, regardless of whose side they
are on, is: who will win? And how?

That is the question this story seeks to answer.

[sup]I am super excited to see how the two gangs interact and their fate! I'm not sure who I'm rooting for yet, but I think I might be a bit biased towards the Black Claw [emoji=spiral tongue size=1]
