Oof I'm going to be starting this pinkerlocke thing lol. Wanted to for a while but couldn't find a good plot xd. (does that banner count as excessive gore? Please tell me if it does so I can replace it...)
I AM SUBBED
but it's fine if you accidentally ping :)

The peaceful Lyrendii Clan prospers on the edge of the Hewn City, at the crossroads between the Five Realms.
The dragons take in any who want to settle down, welcoming and teaching them the ways of their clan. They frequently send out dragons, scavenging around their lands in search of abandoned eggs and hatchlings.
Newcomers from other Realms are merged into the clan, living happily within Sornieth.
Teaching them the ways of Sornieth, this clan offers any newcomers education, protection, as well as a variety of factions and sects they are welcome to join.
But hidden underneath countless layers of protection, at the very heart of the land, lies a secret unknown to most.
For in order to live in this so-called 'sacred land', lying at the intersection between the Realms, the Lightweaver has demanded a sacrifice- at least two dragons, sacrificed to her each month.
To be sacrificed may be the worst fate of all in the clan, a fear unknown until it's too late.
In order to sacrifice to her successfully, they must personally send them off, murdering them in cold blood.
Keeping this to himself, the Clan Leader continues to do so, slaying them quietly, unknowingly leaving his fate to the shade.
For every time he kills his own kind cold-heartedly, he will become that much more possessed by the shade, until his very mind isn't his own.
In the very depths of the dungeons, the victims lay, confused and scared, longing for revenge.
The prisoners, innocent of any sin or crime deserving of such punishment, lurk in the depths of the dungeon, watching helplessly as two of their own are carried off every month, watching their numbers dwindle, until they all disappear. Waiting patiently for a leader, many waiting in vain...
If you're confused about the realms go to my Clan Lore, but the realms themselves probably won't be that important in the Pinkerlocke.

New Rules (specific to this Pinkerlocke)
Drops of Fate
Food: Coliseum time!
Difficulty- Medium Mode: You must select coliseum challengers in your lair using a random number generator*. Then, select the coliseum arena that corresponds with or is 1 tier down from the highest level dragon of that group. If your dragons level up while in an area, you can still stay there for the whole day. You can quit your battle streak at any time to regen health, and flee from battles if it is appropriate.
*Roll dice 1-2: if 1, roll a team from the dungeon. If 2, roll a team from the outcropping clan. Unless there is some sort of thing going on (to my discretion), they must never be mixed since that doesn't make sense.[/i]
Materials and trinkets: Flex your creative muscles!
Materials: Do some writing for your nuzlocke.
Trinkets: Do some art for your nuzlocke!
Rare drops: Wildcards
Familiars: (modified since I have too many G1's I need lore for xd)
Buy the cheapest dragon in the auction house of a specific breed. Use a random number generator (between 1-15) to determine which breed you will get! (Optionally: attach the familiar to the new dragon.)
1. Fae
2. Guardian
3. Mirror
4. Pearlcatcher
5. Ridgeback
6. Tundra
7. Spiral
8. Imperial
9. Snapper
10. Wildclaw
11. Nocturne
12. Coatl
13. Skydancer
14. Bogsneak
15. A dragon for sale (& possibilities*) in my lair is picked at random and must join the Locke.
16. Flip a coin. If heads, roll again for a different breed. If tails, an Ancient now stalks the party. Acquire an Ancient dragon. [d1-2: 1) Gaoler 2) Banescale]
*oof if one of my G1's from Possibilities I might still keep them later since I'm weak xd
Apparel: Breed two of your dragons OR Buy the cheapest G1 OR Scatter Scroll a Lvl 25.
Note: You must flip a coin for each hatchling once they hatch. If tails, the dragon is dead and you must exalt it. This is in keeping with the original Nuzlocke thread's rule, because I really like it.
Battle items: Uh-oh!!!
Flip a coin.
Heads = DEATH STREAK
Tails = Increase the level of three random dragons by 1.
DEATH STREAK rules: Randomly select three dragons using a random number generator. Fight in the coliseum using the "food" rules 10 rounds consecutively (ie. you cannot leave that arena), quitting midway if a dragon dies. You must be in a venue equal to the level of your highest dragon.
Whew that was a lot of typing...

Rules (modified from @/Sabariel's Just Go Rules since I really like them lol)
- If a dragon faints in the Coliseum, it is usually dead and must be exalted (see new rules)
- You can buy any dragon from the AH after you've leveled three dragons to level 25.
- You can only buy two eggs or G1s a month for the challenge.
- You can't scatter scroll a dragon until they've reached level 25.
- You can't give a dragon a primary gene until level 10, can't give them a secondary gene until level 15, and can't give them a tertiary gene until level 20.
- For every egg you find, whether in the coliseum or by scavenging, you may purchase one breed change for any dragon.
- All Nuzlocke activity corresponds with the loot you obtain daily from Pinkerton's plundered pile.
- Nyx is the main character and thus immune to death. If she were to die, however, she is unable to engage in any Nuzlocke activities for 15 days.
- If a dragon is born with special eyes (indicated by icon), they are guaranteed to survive to adulthood. After that, regular Nuzlocke rules apply.
- New dragons in the coliseum are protected against death while still level 1. After this level, if a lower level dragon in a higher level venue is killed, the higher level party members have a chance to rescue them in a saving throw, the odds of which are as follows:
Levels 2-4: Flip a coin. If Heads, they have failed. If Tails, they are successful.
Levels 5-9: They have 1/(level of the dragon at risk - 2) chance of success. IE: A level 5 has 1/3 chance to live, a level 6 has 1/4 chance to live, etc. A random number generator will be used and the saving throw is successful with only the highest possible number.
Level 10: Roll a d10. If 10, they are successful.
Levels 11+: Saving throws no longer apply. - If a dragon has a Familiar and is killed in the coliseum, roll two d4s.
If total is 8: both the dragon and familiar survives.
If total is or is over 4: the dragon is saved, but the familiar dies.
If total is less than 4: the dragon dies, but the familiar survives. Equip the familiar to a new dragon. If no dragon can equip the familiar, save the familiar to replace any that die later.
New Rules (specific to this Pinkerlocke)
- If a dragon dies in the coli, it is dead and must be exalted except if there is a necromancer on the team. Roll 2 d4s
If total is less than 3, the necromancer resurrects them.
If total is over 3, they are dead and must be exalted. - If a dragon dies before the necromancer becomes one, the necromancer must've known the dragon at one point. Roll same d4s as above, same rules. BUT all necromancers can only resurrect one dragon per 2 weeks, and can only resurrect dragons that have been dead for at most 3 days earlier. (To make sure I still have them lol)
- Mutations & Curses (for list see a few posts down)
.: Once each dragon grows up, and at the end of each week, roll two d4s: if total is 5, they will get a mutation. Roll through the list.
.: Every coli day, roll 2 d4s for each dragon. If total is 3, they get a curse. Roll through the list.
.: If they already have a mutation or curse, they won't get another one of either.
.: If they have a curse, on the rolling days, roll d10- if 6, their curse disappears.
.: At the end of every month, roll a d6 for every dragon with a mutation. If they roll a 3, they will lose their mutation for a month.
.: If they have special eyes (multi, primal, faceted, they automatically get a mutation. - Escape- Each coli day, roll 2 d12s- if the total is less than 6, the whole coli team escapes:
If 1-2: they join/create a clan somewhere out of the Lyrendii Clan, where the others are/will end up.
If 3-4: they lurk around and try to help others escape.
If 5-6: they part ways and explore Sornieth to find their own home- out of pinkerlocke.
(Back to original d20 rolls) If number rolled is between 5-12, the dragon escapes by themselves. Follow same rules above. - Revenge- Every time the 'outcropping' clan grows to a multiple of 5, roll 2 d5s: if total is less than 5: the whole clan launches a battle against the Lyrendii Clan for revenge and/or to rescue the remaining imprisoned dragons.
.: For every participating (adult) dragon roll from 1-2: if 1, DEATH STREAK. Pit in 3 of these into the coli for 10 consecutive rounds, whoever dies, follow 'death' rules. Then restart. Same coli venue rules (equal to highest-leveled dragon on the team's level). If there are an extra 1 or 2 dragons, the newer ones get saved and don't have to fight in the coli.
.: If 2 is rolled, increase the levels of these dragons by 1 - Sacrifice & Newcomers
.: At the beginning of each month, two random dragons are sacrificed and two new G1's get thrown into the dungeon.
.: If every dragon in the dungeon dies, and there's only one alive a week left before the end of the month (besides Nyx), Vlad throws two more G1's in.
