Okay. I'm officially broke. Changed my mind and decided to get all the KS familiars before going after a Boolean as they're more attainable and I keep getting tempted anyway. Bought a Skycat, Golden Idol and Bone Fiend this week. Pretty lucky with the Bone Fiend! It had only been listed on the AH for 2 hours before I saw it. Update! Bought a Cog Frog last June 19 and that completes my KS familiars. Whew! Never thought I'd buy them all in a month. Thank you Earthdad for the Gaoler release! Sniping is the way to go! Buuutttt... My Boolean quest is still on hold. Finally decided to save up for some really expensive custom UMs that I've been wanting for a long time, and *sheepish look* I splurged on some dragons during the release. I miss geneing. Oh hey! I must've missed your post even though I'm subscribed to this thread. Sorry about that. I flip anything and everything. Eggs, scrolls, food (although not regularly now), scattersights, fodder. On NotN, I sell Baldwin goop. When WC scrolls are out, I stock up and sell when they're retired. Right now, pirate apparel is on the MP as well. Cutlasses are a good investment. =)

When I was new, I also ran a graphic shop which helped a lot in getting me starter funds.

And I practically live on the AH with the amount of items I have listed.

Okay.... Reviving this thread because I'm motivated. Yey! Current funds (2/1/2020): 131600[img]http://www1.flightrising.com/static/layout/icon_gems.png[/img] 23293253[img]http://www1.flightrising.com/static/layout/icon_treasure.png[/img] Hoarding about 1500+ eggs from NotN and a tiny amount of scattersights (7). Wildclaw scroll prices haven't been climbing since October. I assume because everybody wanted Banes when they came out. Good thing I didn't really stock up on WC scrolls cause I wanted eggs instead. Gaoler genes are a hit or miss but it just takes too long to sell them. I dunno.. Maybe I'll get back to selling them when I have extra treasure. Banescale gene prices are also steadily dropping to the point that I barely make profit on some of them. Breed changes are still selling like candy, though. I've made back a fair amount of gems back since buying this [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=57822808]heckin' expensive boy[/url] but now I'm considering commissioning a custom skin for him. That'd set me back another 50kg, though. Something to think about. We'll see...

Why is it that every single time I plan on doing this again, something [i]huge [/i]comes up? I just sank 10m treasure on a G1 Imp raffle.. and am planning to throw nearly all my money away for a freakin' [i]chance[/i]... But I suppose a chance is better than nothing. I should be grateful. Haven't seen an imp scroll being sold in a long time. Doesn't stop my hands from shaking in nervousness, though. [i]God, am I really doing this?[/i]

You can as well feel no rush and simply buy the g1 imp from the winner.
Getting funds for Boolean is a harsh experience, I know myself. But good luck with that bug.

I doubt it'd be that easy. For one, it probably won't ever be for sale and two, auctions tend to cost higher. I'm sure there are several other people who have more money than me to burn.

So I'll likely just take my chances with this raffle and pray to the dieties that I win.

Thanks! The quest is on the backburner for now because of the raffle but it keeps me aiming for something in FR.

Still hoarding the rest of my eggs for a later date. Having second thoughts now about wanting to spend so much on the G1 imp raffle. I've always sucked on RNG. On the bright side, Earth has dom next week. Need to stock up on the new genes.
