Ahh my deepest apologies! I could have sworn that I deleted that rule before launching the event. That was a holdover from last year that I wanted to change for this year and unfortunately it looks like that my failure to edit it out completely slipped my mind until it was pointed out. I am so terribly sorry for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused; it was my fault entirely and I feel terrible for not maintaining 100% transparency and clarity.

I just posted a message about this to the first post of this thread, above all the other information so thank you for pinging me and pointing this out.
