Time for another update. This week was better than last week. I managed to make use of the new releases to sell some desirable items. In total 63 auctions sold for a nice round 3100 gems. I also managed to sell a few Showy Bells for the Sussex pupper. And some food here and there. But I threw that idea out the window just now, and together with my AH profits bought 4 more WC scrolls. Other than that though, I spend whatever time I could in the Training Fields and Arena. I reduced a bunch of familiars for more muck, and ... that is it I believe! @Katargo I can definitely understand that! I am both looking forward to and afraid off the revamp. Apart from the camping feature you mentioned, the changes to how Agility works, and potential other changes to how battle stones work For example, using Rally, Concentration and those kind of attacks, (invisibly) heal the dragon it is used on with the amount of health equal to the INT stat of the dragon casting it.. This is very useful, but I don't think it is intended.. :(

I really hope that the first turn of the battle being eaten and Eliminate not refunding breath properly when your breath is above 85 points will be fixed. And I am looking forward to the potential of expansions this can bring to the coliseum. An increase in the level cap, new venues, more types of battle stones that would help with the variety of viable strategies to use..

Mixed feelings, definitely! But mostly, because I've been waiting for this revamp for years, (I think the first mention of it was late 2014 already?) I am just happy it is finally here, and we no longer have to wait in agony.



And yes, 208k gems to be precise ^^' Hopefully 210k before the week is over.
If I can manage to sell them all for 2500 gems a piece, that's more than 50k gems profit.

@Katargo - Last year when they cycled in I bought 22, and I thought that was already too much. I was afraid for the very same thing. But once prices hit 2600g I managed to sell them all within a week or 2.

The important thing is to not post them all at once, but rather 1 at a time. I do that with everything I sell except food, because food is sold and purchased in big quantities. It helps keep the prices up ^^

@LightningShatter I am very afraid of that too - especially since I have 40 perma dragons, all level 25, statted and stones, and we're only get 3 tinctures each. It'll cost me 1million treasure to tincture the rest of my dragons by myself :(

I really really hope we'll be getting new content in addition to just the revamp, but I agree that it's unlikely. But hopefully soon after! Xhaztol (and Undel years before hime) did mention that this revamp was making a pathway to having more diversity in battle stones.

I guess for the time being we'll need to wait and see. Counting down the days 'till the beta. And after that, until the actual release!


@Katargo Oh no no, I misjudged and sold them too soon! Because they cycled in in February and September 2016, I expected them to cycle in in February and September 2017, so I sold mine early September. Definitely try to wait until the price has reached a level you are comfortable selling at! You don't have to sell them at a lower price simply because you have more :)

(Plus if you end up with leftovers, the price will never fall below 2kg, so the only price you have to pay is having to wait longer before you can make good profits again)

Time for another update. I am going to keep it short this time, because my weekend is fully booked. I have two ledger screenshots this week, as I emptied the ledger halfway through the week to scrape together the last few gems I needed for one last WC scroll before they cycled out. The total profit was 1051 gems and about 535k treasure. Mostly green Baldwin goop, some food and a piece of apparel here and there.
