Oh gosh yes, I just finished the training fields with the Bird Toy item, and it was super difficult getting a stack of 99 of those. Like, I had stacks of every other common drop item at least two times over (some FOUR times over!!) before I managed it. And in that time frame I only managed 40 herdbeast hooves! I'd consider that an unreasonable drop for that venue. The training fields haven't been rebalanced yet and the bee food items, shadowmist oysters, white-eared hummingbirds, and mouse food items would all be ones I'd consider a re-roll for in that venue, as well as the hooves!
