I like to draw, but I have a full time job and draw with a mouse, so it takes a very long time for me to complete a piece. Also I am lazy. I'm mostly good at drawing humans and I also like drawing backgrounds. I cannot tell how long anything will take to complete because my work schedule is very inconsistent.
Is my art good. I would mostly like to work on improving my anatomy, coloring, and anything else that looks like it needs improvement.
This is definitely good enough for you to make a art shop. I think you can improve in terms of shading if you practice a bit more. Commissions can motivate you to draw and improve even more ^^

I can see the proportions and shading are a little bit off, but it is very clear that you put a lot of effort into your art and the colors are beautiful! So yes, I believe it is!

Yeah, definitely. It looks really great, but if you feel like you don't have time you should tag that in your shop. But the art looks great

Yes, you 100% have the potential to sell your work. There is room to grow with things like anatomy but you have a great use of color that will definitely keep attracting a bigger audience as you develop as an artist.
Try to market yourself to something specific that you can do confidently (like "pretty girls" seems to be what comes most easily to you), and don't feel like you have to take on a project if it's outside your wheelhouse.
Don't undersell yourself, either! Even if your market is going to be mostly younger people without much money, you also don't want to be working for less than minimum wage in your area.
