for anyone uninitiated, subeta's a neopets-style website that also has a gaia online style human avatar system........and you can create custom outfits to upload

My issue is, i'm not artist. I do have lotsa gems, though, so i'm looking for someone who could work with me to make a specific outfit that I can upload and use over there.

someone let me know if asking for this here isn't allowed << i'm not looking to trade items or anything, just buy art that I can use elsewhere.
