[b]avelorn[/b] herself is a faerie! she once ruled over a small kingdom deep in the forest, right on the border between light and shadow territory, along with saphery. she herself is the faerie queen of day, ruling during the daytime and resting during the night, so during the time she ruled she only knew her fellow ruler from portraits and stories.
but things change, eventually. though the shade was practically unheard of as a threat, her small, peaceful kingdom was still a weak one, and someone with enough ill intent could [i]easily[/i] take it down. it fell in one night, and avelorn managed to escape with only three others at her side - saphery, the king, and two of their subjects: avelorn's [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=141180&tab=dragon&did=39599372]advisor [/url]and saphery's [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=141180&tab=dragon&did=38168932]court jester[/url]. neither of them escaped unchanged, and they, themselves, constantly curse themselves for not being able to take more with them. they're sure more escaped, but they don't know where they would even begin finding them.

[b]saphery[/b] is the faerie king of night, ruling over that same kingdom during the night while resting during the day. he shares many similarities with avelorn, but also some differences: while his calm nature comes from a general laid-backness, hers is more composed, and while he shows his concern for his subjects in a very non-formal way (as if he'd ever cared for [i]that[/i] part of being a king), avelorn is always respectful.
after he fled, he and his group found their way to a clan where they could stay for the time being. avelorn's advisor had lost nearly all his memory and his own jester, who was always cheerful, was constantly afraid of everything; they needed to recover [i]somewhere[/i]. meanwhile, this was also the first time he and avelorn could actually [i]meet.[/i]
the two now reside there, often walking around the roads and granting their blessings, from what little magic they could take with them, to the travelers that pass by - all while slowly but steadily working to restore their power to what it once was, so that they may retake their kingdom.[/center]

Thyra is the daugther of a breeding pair I had for a long time, and I just had to keep the last one being bred from my Clan.
