In the Harpy Roost area of the Coliseum the new mobs Blue Moon & Renegade Aviar die in one hit (around 250/300dmg), do not give exp and don't give drops.

You can see I only got the exp from the Cloud Chaser in that battle.
EDIT: I got a featherfall pack from one battle against three of these mobs so they are dropping something, they seem to be very low level as they never get a turn in battle.
