I mostly became more into the fandom last year. I was a bit afraid and reluctant to join up since I had a fear of other furs hating me and what not. But I sucked it up and joined the local furry group in my city. Glad I did~!
I don't have a ref sheet or pictures off hand of my fursona but I do have a picture of me in my partial! He was bought second hand (very lightly used by his previous owner) and he's pretty much evolved into my 'sona at this point.
His name is Shock Top and I love him to bits~. Hopefully by next year he'll be a full digigrade suit. My mom and I plan to make the rest of him but we may end up caving and buying the rest off the original makers of him haha.

I've never really publicly labeled myself as one, though that's changing a little since I've recently come to know another furry in real life and I'm a little more comfortable with it.
