What adorable little Fae! I didn't realize until Lyricity pointed it out, but Callery really does look like a triple purple range dragon. O.O

Thank you everyone!! Oh yeah Callery does have pretty fun color scheme that can fool at the first glance. :D

I also can't seem to stop spending on Layla, at least I did manage to stop myself from buying Glimmer and instead gave her Capsule which I already had a few copies of. But she does deserve a gem gene.... maybe when I get that fathom and move on to limited breeds....

Fun fact, she did have ghost as her tertiary when I bought her originally, but I immediately switched it to sparkle before starting the challenge. In hindsight, I'd have saved more treasure if I had bought any other breed and bought fae scroll instead, since the color combo itself isn't that rare. I think she just was the only Fae available then.

Her gene progress so far (my poor wallet, but she's worth it):

Midnight Flaunt > Python > Chorus
Midnight Flair > Noxtide
Ice Ghost > Sparkle > Capsule

I also decided to take out her chosen children from the hibden to give them a proper spotlight in my lair! <3

It sounds like you are having so much fun with Layla and her children!

That is a lot of changes! It's alway fun to find a dragon that looks good with pretty much any genes.

A gem gene to prepare for the limited dragons sounds really cool too, if expensive. lol

Getting a dragon with great genes to breed change instead of regening is a fantastic cost saving tip. Hopefully anyone who joins in the future can benifit from it. :D

Wow! That is a lot of gene changes for your gorgeous fae girl! Isn't it so much fun? I love gening/regening dragons too. :D

Your spotlight is so nice too! I stuck mine in my Den due to a perpetual lack of space. XD

I can't believe I never even thought to buy another dragon and breedchange them for this challenge. Great idea for future challenges at least. :D

Shame I clearly don't follow it myself, or maybe I just get bored of the genes and want some change. :D Gem gene will be expensive. I did realise there's the gem shop cycle week coming up soon so I stashed my gems in vault. Now as I can't see them I'm not as tempted to spend.... There's just endless amount of beautiful skins/accents too... Lyricity Nerilka Thank you!! I had them stashed in hibden for so long, and now after taking them out I am really suffering from the lack of space too. But I have enjoyed dressing them up and some (most) have gotten few gene changes too... So I thought they deserve to be seen. :D Plus if I want to breed them, I would have had to separate one from their siblings for a month!

We all would rather change up a dragon than get rid of it I think. It helps extend their time in our lairs and keeps boredom at bay. It also kills our vaults though. XD
