One would never want to even venture an inch into his realm, because once they've entered, it's impossible to escape -- even moreso when NIGHTMARE finds them...

[i]The Shadows of Fear creep ever closer...[/i] [img]https://i.imgur.com/MgBlO7c.png[/img] NIGHTMARE isn't known for standing still most of the time, but sometimes, he just wants to stand in the shadows and await his next prey. Was bored and wanted to experiment with somewhat dramatic lighting on MSPaint, lol. Ended up mostly scrapping that idea but had to keep the darker colors near his face so his eyes would look even more intimidating. I think I'm getting the hang of the eyes a little? xD

[s]Thanks, guys, for being the Jerks of the Season. :P[/s] [img]https://i.imgur.com/Uzl0b3o.png[/img] But here's NIGHTMARE, who may or may not be on another Team Riptide...He is honestly THE ONE GUY who will take "evil, despicable piece of filth" as a compliment. He wants to be hated, feared, and have others angry at him. It gives him power, unlike Riptide himself. (I am referencing my BattleBots AU with this one, btw; I don't know if the actual team would gain power from being hated, though the captain didn't seem to mind so... *shrugs*) Anywho, I just can't get over how these are really helping me out with my own art and posing. Guess controversies can come in handy sometimes! xD [s]I still don't like Team Riptide, though.[/s]

[img]https://i.imgur.com/FpdcbNT.png[/img] Original plan was to make this some sort of sketchy doodle thing and to have more similar quotes to the movie "Robots", particularly when Gasket is told she's a "evil, despicable robot" or something, and she replies with "I try". :P But I pretty much scrapped it due to being bed time now. I'll probably do another one with the quotes because it suits NIGHTMARE so much. He doesn't even take Xac's threat and insults seriously. :P
