For "morally reprehensible actions in the story" - Molag Bal, from the Elder Scrolls games. I followed that priest into the "haunted house" without looking up the quest on the wiki, and I hated it so much that I reloaded an old save. Not to mention what he's done in the lore...
Most of the other Daedric Princes have some redeeming qualities, or are at least entertaining as characters (looking at you, Sheogorath), but there's really nothing good about MB.

For "not necessarily evil, but just irritating" - Quentin Coldwater, from The Magicians. The man can't look up from his own tedious self-pity for five seconds to help anyone else with their problems. The books would have been greatly improved by shifting a different cast member to the protagonist spot.

Pain and suffering, Ashiya Douman FGO. Happiness, love and pets? Also Ashiya Douman FGO. [emoji=familiar heart size=1] At the same time, this thread feels low-key kinda uuuuh not in good spirit? Every character is a fave of somebody's. /shrug

I CAN NOT STRESS how much I absolutely DESPISE a certain character in Ninjago whose name we DO NOT SPEAK in this household. She irreparably ruined the relationship between my two favorite characters, she had the audacity to insert herself into the very same family she just tore apart, she SOMEHOW tricked the fandom into thinking she was redeemable all because she decided to do something NOT awful for the first and only time in her entire life just before dying, AND THEN SHE HAD THE NERVE TO NOT ONLY NOT STAY DEAD, BUT TO HAVE THE SINGLE WORST HEEL-FACE TURN I'VE EVER SEEN ENTIRELY BECAUSE SHE JUST SO HAPPENED TO LEARN ABOUT AN EXTREMELY OBVIOUS DETAIL BEHIND HER ALREADY ASININE FREUDIAN EXCUSE

I WOULD GLADLY REWRITE THE ENTIRE SHOW FROM SCRATCH TO PREVENT HER FROM EVER EXISTING AND I HOPE THE NEW SERIES LETS LLOYD GO ON AN INSANE ONI-POWERED RAMPAGE IN WHICH HE BREAKS HER IN HALF LIKE THE CHEAP PIECE OF PLASTIC SHE IS IN SUCH A BRUTAL AND VIOLENT MANNER THAT IT'D NEVER BE ALLOWED ON TELEVISION IF THEY WEREN'T LEGOS
