He died in a minor skirmish between the Plague flight and the Nature flight, while saving one of his friends. His soul was found wandering Sornieth by the Shade, and was placed back into his partially rotted body more than ten years after his death. Now a zombie, he has almost total control of himself, but must eat meat in order to keep that control. The Shade demands that he bite and eat other dragons, but he has not let it have its way just yet.
