There is definitely no visible dragon here, and the background is two transparent bgs layered over each other, which is very difficult to look at. I clicked in the mid-upper-left and the captcha check succeeded and returned me to battling, however.

We are looking into this.
Question: Did you click and it took you to a new camping screen, or did you click and it register as successful despite not clicking on a dragon?
Edit: We may have found a potential culprit. If this happens again, please put your reports here and we'll keep looking into it. Hopefully the tweak we made has solved the issue though!
Note: If you left your camping screen unsolved it may still be the old image that is unusable. Feel free to click through to a new one; one camping fail will not cause a time-out in your ability to use the coliseum!

On mine i clicked and got sent to a new screen, this one with a dragon on it. I live in the coli so i'll continue to keep an eye out
