Redemption:
One of two heads of the clan- his life-long mate, Peacekeeper, is the other.
An ancient champion who has seen many battles.
Having long since grown weary of excessive and unnecessary combat and bloodshed, Redemption was drawn to the peaceful and reserved Peacekeeper.
Peacekeeper's gentle presence and eternal patience are a soothing balm to his burning weariness.
He loves his mate dearly and will not hesitate to raise his talons in her defense, though he has no doubt in her ability to defend herself.
Has full trust in his mate and her abilities, knowing full well that she could easily decimate all in her way should she desire it.
While not a pacifist, Redemption is now extremely reluctant to engage in combat, and he finds passionate political conversations to be utterly draining.
A survivor of many battles, and he now bares the scars to prove it.
Fought to earn both his own freedom and that of his beloved mate, Peacekeeper.
The ancient harpies welcome him into their territory, as he is said to have lent them his aid many times in the past, after the events of the Murk Arena.
Peacekeeper:

Known for her kind heart and protective nature, the blood that stains her fur is forever permanent- a mark born of the wrong-doings of a distant ancestor.
Mother of the clan, and much beloved for her kindness and sincerity.
An ancient protector of the lost and weary.
A willful guardian to rejected hatchlings and adults alike- she has been known to extend sincere hospitality and shelter to those deemed unworthy by traditional societal standards, including pearlcatchers who have somehow lost their pearls, guardians who have failed their charges, disabled skydancers, spirals with neurodevelopmental disorders, orderless gaolers, and so on.
Serene and empathetic, Peacekeeper was drawn to the hostile, battle-hardened champion, Redemption.
Sensing a bone-deep exhaustion within the male, Peacekeeper was patient in approaching him and encouraging him to drop his iron walls.
Was delighted to find her gentle presence and patient voice of reason were not ignored or otherwise dismissed by Redemption. Rather, the male mirror dragon became surprisingly attentive to her- respectfully listening should she choose to speak, offering her space, never demeaning her abilities, and offering her a helping talon when he felt it necessary.
Loves her mate, Redemption, dearly, but is still fondly exasperated whenever he leaps to defend her honor or title as his mate and clan head. He is making an effort to first check with her to see if she wants his help in defending her honor and/or title.
Will not stand for anyone dredging up her mate's bloodstained past with the intent to harm or otherwise negatively impact him. Though she is not one to resort to violence, should her voice of reason fail, Peacekeeper is more than capable of decimating all in her way.
However, to resort to violence, in Peacekeeper's mind, is to have already lost the battle.
Redemption's final severe battle was fought to earn both his freedom and that of Peacekeeper, allowing them to escape and eventually destroy the Murk Arena.
Temperance:
- noun ~ abstinence from alcoholic drink or the quality of moderation or self-restraint.
Worships the Light Weaver of the Light Flight. While this goes against the belief of many of the clan, they are, for the most part, still respectful of one another's traditions and religious practices.
