For the background could I get one similar to the one you did for my Sherlock dragon (snow-y street vibe)? For the expression I was him looking forward at the viewer with a "thinking" expression on his face, like he's contemplating something really important. Could you also add some winter breath? Like he's exhaling so we can see some "smoke" coming from his mouth.
