So I'm a fan of G1 ancients, and i got this gal off the auction house with only her tert done, i.e. she's eaten into my gem savings. But I've just finished her off and i kind of...hate it?? I went pharaoh for the primary because lavender wasn't working and the wings now match but the mint is killing me, esp with the orange eyes (cries)
I'd have to sell for upwards of 1000g to recoup costs and i don't think that's happening, so I'm not getting rid of her.
what do you guys think, is this salvageable / nice or do I try scatter?

I don't think lavender is the problem - it matches the tert perfectly. Flaunt has some lovely blue accents, but I'm not a fan of how it looks on the adults so permababy it is! The eyes are... not the matchiest, but pastel eyes look great. I did struggle with the secondary, though.

I'm rapidly changing my mind about the amount of gems I'm willing to spend, haha
I may just be very uncreative with my scrying. You're so right about the patchwork and the orange, if i cant get ahold of an eye scroll this may be a great option!

...you are so right! I haven't gotten to see an aberration baby yet, i think i need to baby her asap. It occurs to me that i have probably gone in the exact opposite direction and pastel colors are probably the way to go. Not totally sure about the swirl, but the pinkish wasp wings are genius too.
