There's a volume button for fairgrounds games, is there supposed to be sound effects or music?

some fairgrounds game do have music! I believe it's runestones of the arcanists, shock switch, tidal trouble, and antifracture. but I haven't played them in a while so I could be getting them wrong or missing some!
