Where the hatchling Scholar would have their mind swirling with questions about the mysteries of the world and the heavens... although much to the lassitude of some of the flight's elders, Scholar quickly plunged into a myriad of tomes to answer all the questions that escaped the grasp of her elders and before she knew it she was submitting journal after journal to the Arcane Flight proving that knowledge burns brightest with a spark of inspiration. No other collection rivaled what he had managed to gather in his lifetime as his entire lair wall was covered in different models of different sizes. Some were bought, others were traded, but a surprising amount was built by the dragon himself. Even including the bottles! In pursuit of his hobby, Chuparosa inadvertently became a master glassblower, the bottles holding their ships simple yet breathtaking. His skills were sought out by other collectors, each and everyone awed by what they saw in them. Of course, Chuparosa themselves didn't even realize their own fame, far too focused on his own hobby. Because he is willing to share his passion, Chuparosa makes glass bottles for other collectors. His services can be purchased, or traded for a large bowl of peppers. The hotter the better. They work best whenever they have a large black coffee next to them, the sound of crunching peppers almost louder than the sounds of his work. For the most part, he can either be found expanding his collection or relaxing in his lair. ------------------------------------------ I forgot to add this but I mean, any dragon can be expanded on in my lair. Some of them have stuff written already but almost all of them are blank so go crazy with what you want. I will find a way to make it fit with what I have planned c:

However those dragons don't realize the deeper meaning the markings hold, if only they bothered to look a little closer. Truth is, Heavenly claims to have no memory of how she even got them, though she does remember that they did not cover so much of her body when she was younger. Maybe she got cursed by a magic wielding ice dragon while she was still in her egg? Or maybe the markings are a weird genetic trait that used to be common amongst her ancestors? Whatever the reason for them appearing may be, their purpose is far more fascinating. You see, each reflective shard displays a meaningful memory from Heavenly's life. If you were to examine one of these patterns up close, you'd see a whole scene play out right before your eyes. Some show happy memories, like Heavenly befriending her first familiar or discovering a new hobby. Others show embarrassing memories, like the time she tripped and fell flat on her snout while getting in front of a crown for a speech. And some show deeply unpleasant memories, like the loss of a certain loved one... Each glossy shard putting her emotions right on display for anyone who bothers to look closer, over the years slowly weaving a delicate and magnificent pattern made from all of her hopes, dreams and failures. While there are some truly painful memories, Heavenly does not feel ashamed of any of them and uses these permanent memories to improve not just herself, but to help those who might be going through something similar right now and need a helping hand. It is both a gift and a curse... -------------------- For the next person: most of the dragons with no lore are in my hib den, however while pretty much all dragons in my lair have some lore already, most of them have just a few sentences written simply describing their personality and occupation, so you may choose on of those if you'd like

Unfortunately, there was a bit of a hiccup the first time they attempted to guide a group out into the water - a pod of curious dolphins decided to swim over and investigate the strange dragons in the water, and that was the moment Margarita realized that she had a crippling fear of dolphins. (Needless to say, the expedition ended rather quickly, and Ocean still hasn't let her live that down.) These days, the two stick closer to the shore when giving their scuba instructions... though Margarita still gets a bit twitchy whenever an overenthusiastic hatchling asks if they'll be able to meet any dolphins.[/i] ----- For the next person - I'd love some lore for Eridanos, please! The reason being is the green ridgeback is an inventor, but not the most organized one to say the least. The inside of their lair looks like a junkyard, by that meaning that there's massive piles of broken cars, car parts, hunks of metal, old (and sometimes shredded) tires, and even more junk. Nobody is too sure where Hazin gets these things, or how the ridgeback even manages to find anything. ----- Next person: I'd like somebody from my hib den done ----- @Twite That lore fits him so well! For instance, it could be said that those who don’t know Inferno might think that he’s rather loud and brash in nature. That he’s someone who doesn’t really care for others, for example. The above statement couldn’t be further from the truth however. Those who do know him realise that he does care about others. Perhaps a little too much at times. Inferno’s more likely to smother someone in hugs than yell at them. Or bring them their favourite hot drink, and a load of blankets. In fact, that’s exactly what he would do, even if the individual in question doesn’t need blankets. NP: If someone catches your eye, then feel free to write lore for them! Even if they already have something in their bio. I love seeing other people’s interpretations of my dragons! @sneesnaw - That absolutely fits him, and I don’t mind the dark ending! Thank you!

I'm sorry for getting a tad dark toward the end however. ---- Deep beneath the waters that seemed to fill a lone cave lurked a beast. If one stood where the light met the darkness, they would be met with only a dark pool, seemingly empty. The longer one looks, the closer they get, the more it's obvious there is [i]something[/i] beneath the surface - a serpentine creature that swims just out of sight the moment you catch a glimpse. Thalasso blends in with the darkness, the only hint that he's there being the bioluminesence that dotted his hide and the gleam of his icy eyes. There is no true name for what he is, having been referred to as monster of the deep, leviathan, cetus, even once being called a kelpie despite being a dragon. (He credits this to his mane, which does look like kelp when in the water.) Thalasso has settled on preferring being refereed to as a leviathan, it's the one he had been called the most over the years so it stuck the most. He's a quiet beast by nature, preferring to stay within his waters unless needed within town. Wanderer's beware, however, because he is still a beast of the depths. If you wander too close to the edge, you may not come back.
