my favorite anime woman of all time, riza hawkeye from fullmetal alchemist! fun fact about her is that she is my second fandragon of this character, with my original riza looking exactly the same as my current one, but with ice eyes. i eventually got sick of the blue eyes and wanted brown ones for accuracy, so i bred a new one. the old hawkeye is this dragon's mother!
