Finished my first aberration scry! (this breed has me obsessed lol)
I think my favorite gene for them is the Frills. I love the two tone aspect of it and its so full and pretty

I know making modern breeds is a pain because you need to adapt a gazillion items, but this would have been an awesome modern breed.

Because it has two heads it had to be an ancient breed. Ancient breeds because they can't wear apparel can break the one head, 4 limbs, 2 wings and a tail mold.

Due to the high volume of account recovery requests we've received since the release of Aberration dragons, we are extending Galore's gift and the marketplace overstock until 22:00 server time on Friday March 11th.

I'm unreasonably amused over this still. Our newest favorite monstrosities brought EVERYONE back out of the soup with them.

Hi how do I get the ground or fissure genes? it says that they are not achieved in the same way? or am I reading that wrong? I really like those two, specifically on my aberrition Aries and I was wondering how they are obtained.
In the original post it says "These genes will be available through the same type of gameplay (with the exception of ground and fissure) that their modern counterparts are." so i wanted to know. I didn't see it covered anywhere in this forum thread.
(EDIT: I read in another post, you need to dig up the big plots in the digging thing and then use them as an ingredient. Correct me if that's wrong)

@StarshipArtist
That's correct! Though if you don't want to spend the time digging them up you could buy them from the AH (apparently they're pretty cheap) or I've got a couple spare I'd be willing to give you!
Then you'll need to be level 5 in Baldwin's and have a couple of glass beakers (also made through Baldwin's) and then you'll be able to craft the aberration versions of the genes!
Hope this helps!
