Electro, a humble yet somewhat grumpy king of Toc World. He sees his crown as an annoyance, but still respects his followers.
In his fancy outfit, he's usually a bit more anxious, especially during sorrowful occasions. But during birthdays, he will remove the dress outfit/armor before performing.

Ricki is Electro'sex-servant and a huge jerk. However, he became that way due to life trauma and exposure to dark energy.
At one point when he was alive, he had a "thing" for Electro, while he was recovering from dark energy extraction and he wanted to be with him more than anything. He could almost always be seen stroking Electro's hair or rubbing his muscles.
However, he was exposed to the energy again later on, and offered up his own child for power. This began the birth of his alter ego, Lord Xero.
As Lord Xero (or under the influence of dark energy), Ricki enjoys making people squirm, mostly by scraping his claws against things with a smirk on his face.
(his story is actually darker than this, such as him actually being killed by Electro after taking over his child's mind while already being "dead", but I'm trying to keep it light for online viewing; plus I'm still working on his character for another site too, since things there have to be ~PG rated)
