I'm both annoyed that if the poll goes towards the old obelisk design, the manes on multiple dragons get changed, but also very intrigued because I want to see what they might look like

Yes, why does everyone need to change? Why can't this be like Butterfly, where some breeds are dark and some are light? When you guys (staff) changed Butterfly to be consistent and people didn't like it, you decided to bring back the old look on the breeds that previously had it, [i][b]not all of the breeds[/b][/i]. Why can't Flair be like this?

I'm voting to make all the breeds like old Obelisks if that's really the only two options you're going to give us, but I do think the real solution was just to restore the old Obelisk Flair, not change [b]everything[/b].
Edit: I suggest there should be two more choices.

[b]Obelisks get old Flair back, other breeds keep the current Flair colours but also get the addition of the sparkles Obelisks have[/b]
In this situation, my choice would be Obelisks getting old Flair back plus the other breeds getting the sparkles. Looking at the lack of sparkles seems wrong for the gene now, when it's otherwise so sparkly

I would like to see some more examples of what the manes and such on the other breeds would look like first and compare to see if the design would look good or not.

The dragons look different, have different features, etc. Glimmer makes pearls on PCs change, why can't the Obelisks have something a little special here?
