But I can view their forum posts. Does it mean they blocked me? But I thought if they did that then I wouldn't be able to see their posts too. I did block them first but I always unblock people after a few days and when I did, I discovered this conundrum. I have no interest in further interacting with them but I was just curious what was going on if anyone knew.

They blocked you. You can still view their forum posts, but not their lair, profile page, or dragons.
