I would love for it to be the map!
I think they were going to announce beforehand when they were going to do PVP beta testing so I don't think it's that? My guess is it's either the map update or....just boring regular maintenance.

Yup! We only characterize it as "boring" sometimes because the maintenances are for site backend updates and support, not feature or gameplay releases.
