I thought that it said that when used a dragon would be able to mate? Or did I read that wrong?
I used mine all ready so I can't double check, but I could have sworn it said something about being able to fight and breed immediately?
The scroll of maturity does not bypass breeding cooldown. It ages your dragon from hatchling to adult instantly, so you can use it in coliseum or equip apparel. It does mention breeding cooldown, but it mentions that it DOES NOT bypass it. Apologies for any confusion.
