I have this problem where the maintenance is 2 hours long. Is that normal?

That is not normal. Maintenance occurs from 0:00 to 0:30 flight rising time. If the clock in the upper left is saying it's not during that window and the site is saying its in maintenance for you, then that's unusual unless it's one of the days where we have scheduled maintenance, which will be announced in the status box.
Please try refreshing the site. If that does not resolve the issue, a fuller report with your device, browser name, browser version, and a step-by-step (if applicable) what you were doing before the event occurred can be helpful.
