Felix, the clan's "mad scientist". His dedication to science (specifically biology) and the pursuit of knowledge has led him to several revolutionary discoveries, but his experiments are always supervised to prevent "undesirable" outcomes. At the moment, he's only gotten away with experimenting on and altering his own genetics, with that being the addition of the bright blue fins that contrast with his monochromatic appearance.

The clan's engineer, Iro. While the clan primarily relies on magic, Iro’s knowledge and skill with machinery has allowed for the expansion and improvement of armor, weaponry, and lair functionality. However, the preferred technology of the clan as a whole is still rather primitive, so he reserves “modern” technology for himself -- with his portion of the lair updated with lighting and some small machinery for crafting -- as well as for the other resident scientists.

She works with the resident mages to develop medicines, poisons, and other herbal concoctions, growing and supplying the required plants for each requested recipe or developing potion. In her free time she enjoys creating unique and flavorful teas, each with their own individual benefits, for herself and her fellow scientists; her most popular tea provides an energy boost -- much like coffee, but without the crash -- which she had developed especially to aid her mate, Iro, in surviving particularly long nights of work.[/center]

This is Panorgo, he isn't as much of a scientist as he is an astrologist and traveler, but he has done plenty of science experiments and tested various things, including discovering the use of magic icicles, which he used to heal large gashes on his hoarfrost mauler.

Nicholas! A quiet scientist who works in a small lab studying various chemicals and performing fun and small experience. Nick loves alchemy and is fascinated by the different formulas he can use to create different things! Along with alchemy he loves reading and studying wildlife.

Prism is a very clumsy scientist and tends to have a lot of chemical explosions happen in the lab. his poison/toxin/okapi genes are all results of experiment backfires. he tends to have a perpetual surprised expression on his face. :P

Kida, almost an overenthusiastic researcher in the fields of magic. She wants to understand the nature and origin of magic better and thus spends her days buried in tomes and either proving or disproving her various theories. Using a combination of math, alchemy and rituals, she has a new experiment to test nearly every week. She is tireless in her studies and determined to understand this mysterious force in the fabrics of their world better. Where does magic really come from? How come others are gifted in it and others aren't? Is it physical? Spiritual? Something else entirely? These are only some of the burning questions she seeks answers to. And in doing so, perhaps improve the use of magic and take its evolution further.

Noituri is another magical scientist, but he balances his studies more in between scientific and spiritual. He specializes in curses, both casting and breaking them. Dark and isolated, most dragons leave him be. He has many and more new theories about the nature of curses, but gets to test only select few of them, since most of the methods needed for those tests are not something the clan leaders approve of.
