These rates are for PRIVATE/PERSONAL commissions, with limited personal use on social media. For other commissions—logos, banners, icons, illustrations, books, publications, i.e. mass-distribution—please email me for discussion of the project and a personalized quote.
2. All payments/deposits and shipping and handling fees are due UP FRONT via Paypal. Commission work will not begin until payment is made.
3. Because I live in the Keystone State, I have to charge a 6% PA Sales tax.
4. I will NOT draw: Porn, excessive gore, NSFW, or hate images. However, romance/violence of a PG-13 level is fair game.
5. If you are interested in a commission, please email me at Paintingdragonfeathers @ hotmail.com with the following:
· Your Paypal email, and contact/delivery email if different from your Paypal email.
· What kind of commission you want—ex. Character Card-Sketch-Portrait, Grey-Scale Vignette, Full-On Illustration, etc.
· Delivery method—digital high rez file via email or physical snail-mail of original art.
· You can give me as much or as little reference you want, whether it be written, photo, other drawings, etc.
· Unless explicitly requested otherwise by you, the client, I, the artist, reserve the right to use watermarked, low-rez files of any commissioned art for personal, non-profit promotional purposes across social media.
Once you email me with your commission and references, I will email you back with a Paypal invoice outlining commission details, estimated completion time, revision policy, delivery, etc. Once the invoice is paid the commission will begin.
7. DISCLAIMER ON TATTOO DESIGNS: the commissions are for the art, not an actual tattoo, as I am not trained in tattooing nor have the tools, though I am inked myself. So while I will strive to make a unique, awesome design for you, please take the advice and discretion of your tattoo artist for size, placement, or modifications to make it appear best on skin.
