@Nekomata On a partially unrelated note, while this is extraordinarily helpful for figuring out accent coverage, I have also recently discovered that it's fantastic for determining approximate land area on custom-made maps. Which it just so happens is something I needed to do a bunch lately. So thank you!

Does anyone know if this technique has an equivalent on Corel Painter? And, if I do go over 30%, can I just call it a skin then and get approved? I really have no clue lol
@CuQuoise Corel Painter is a program I haven't used in a long time, although I recall it has many similar features to Photoshop, so it may have a histogram. If it does, that its histogram should operate the same as Photoshop's. Otherwise, the free art program GIMP has a histogram like Photoshop's.
As for your question about coverage, if your design is submitted with an Accent Blueprint and covers 31% or more of the original dragon illustration, it would be rejected for not using the correct Blueprint (when a design is rejected the Blueprint is automatically returned to your hoard). If rejected, you can either adjust the design so it covers under 31% or you can re-submit it with a Skin Blueprint. If you decide to resubmit using a Skin Blueprint, and you'd like to refund the Accent Blueprint for the gems you spent on the Custom Skins page, you can PM me the Blueprint and I will refund you the gems (this does not apply if you traded with another player for the Blueprint).
Feel free to ping me or post in the Skins and Accents forum if you have any other questions or concerns related to custom skins!

@SuburbanSamurai this great! Thank you so much! I'll keep this in mind if I do run into that, but hopefully I can find this same feature in Painter once I get a chance to look at it again. I'd rather not have to submit things multiple times XD
Thank you also for the link ^^
I'm way more excited about this than I probably should be XD
