Avalon is the youngest son of my progs that remained with the clan, and is the acting ambassador.

He's spent a lot of time studying the clan's history and expectations. When they felt he was ready, Avalon took over the job in his mother's place. He tends to be calculating and usually takes a while to fully judge someone's character, and others have said they feel comfortable with him reaching out to address neighboring clans for them.

Pyroa, the fire ambassador, is rarely seen in daylight; she spends most of her time racing about the sprawling network of caverns where she works her forge. She only ascends from the underworld to take food and deliver her products.

Unusual for an elemental avatar, Glacier doesn't mind working with other dragons. The ice ambassador is a great sculptor, and her chief products are ice statues that never melt – a technology which she keeps closely guarded. The lair in which Glacier sleeps is too cold for most dragons to handle.

Zephyrus serves as official ambassador, Wind representative, and consort to the reigning Empress of the clan's (mainly powerless) Imperial family. In essence, he travels around making alliances with other clans in the name of his wife. Before he was named ambassador, he kept going AWOL from his other duties when wanderlust caught hold. This way, he gets to do what he loves AND help his family, so he considers himself very lucky.

Mayari is also a multipurpose dragon: she's a (somewhat nontraditional) Light representative, and an official ambassador from an allied clan- the daughter of the leaders, no less. (In short, she's my friend's progens' kid!) Since the two clans often collaborate and dragons travel between them fairly frequently, Mayari coordinates everything to make sure everyone's needs are met. Despite her loyalty to her family and her birthplace, she definitely considers this clan home, and has no desire to go back to the Sunbeam Ruins herself.

As a Priestess of Flame, she traveled to the Sea of a Thousand Currents to hone her oracular skills, and is the clan's authority on pyromancy and the teachings of the Flamecaller. While some find it odd that a Fire dragon could find a home in a Water clan, she fits quite well, bringing new views to her fellow diviners, and learning quite a bit from them in return.
