welcome to FR! I highly recommend you check out Uru's Starter's Guide to FR for the basics! there's a whole lot to do here, so I'm sure you'll find something you enjoy ^^
the most important thing I can give is, if you're interested in the Coliseum, do yourself a favor and follow Eevee's leveling guide and either the Sedona build guide or Maki's build guide from the very beginning. Coli is very counterintuitive and punishes mistakes
