In addition to Crossroads (usually called CR) you can also trade items via Auction House (AH). At AH you can sell and buy items with the whole userbase, just your Flight, and specific users. Private Auctions (PAs) are often used especially if you are trading a larger quantities of items or dragons for treasure or gems.
