Fell off a horse that bolted and got dragged across the arena because my foot got stuck in the stirrup.
Had a bruise the size of a basket ball on my hip and couldn't walk properly for a good while after. Apparently my instructor was seconds away from calling an ambulance because I couldn't move for a good 10 mins after for the pain.
I was in sea cadets and at a camp the week after and the PTI kept trying to force me to do PT despite the fact I couldn't walk without a heavy limp until he saw the size of the bruise on my hip then he went yeah maybe you're not trying to get out of PT after all.
The worst by circumstance? The injury it's self was only a sprained ankle but the time I fell down between the train and the platform because my foot slipped on the slippery floor on the train just because of the alternative outcome is scary to think about. Luckily the conductor saw it and delayed the train. Whilst I do joke about it now I'm now really cautious when getting on and off trains and I don't step on unless I'm 100% sure of my footing and have something to grip onto.

I'm apparently hypermobile (as according to my rheumatologist) and I've been having issues with my knees and hips. Worst injury I've had is a subluxation—I was putting groceries into my mother's SUV and moved wrong. I screamed, apparently, and all I remember is sharp and terrible pain as my right hip jolted partially out of the socket. When I twisted around, the ball went back into the socket and settled down, but it was sore for weeks afterward. I use a cane anyway, but for a few weeks I had to be extra careful with it, which aggravated my left hip and both my knees. I had it looked at, and it was okay, no permanent damage done, but it was excruciating. I've subluxed both knees, both hips, my shoulders, and likely a wrist by now, all at different times. Never had a full dislocation, thankfully, but a subluxation is not pleasant.
Subluxed my right hip again a couple weeks ago getting out of my chair and moving around a bit. This time I'm not sure what movement did it. All I know is that it hurt like hell and that I was not a happy camper.
I've also taken a baseball to the eye (courtesy of my younger brother when we were kids) and I've had a few nasty falls. I have chronic pain anyway (rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, a bad back), but injuries just aggravate the pain and make it all a hassle and a half.

Only notable injury was when I broke my right pinkie finger by..... running into a wall (smart)
That actually didn't hurt too badly though. The worst pain I've been in was a few years ago when I had pneumonia.

I broke my lower leg while roller skating once... I like twisted my ankle really bad and fell on it and my leg took the full force of my fall. I thought it was just sprained really bad, so I limped around on it for like three weeks before I was like "huh, something isn't right here" and finally went to the doctor. I broke my leg in the same place a few years later, but I had learned from my mistakes and I went to the doctor right away haha

I crashed my motorcycle a couple years ago and thankfully got out without any long lasting injuries. But I had road rash on my legs and OH MY GOD it hurt so much when I got home and wanted nothing more than a hot shower! I had to settle for barely lukewarm showers for a while until my skin healed.

i think it's a tie between:
-stepping on a broken glass bottle, i didn't see it. my feet were drenched in blood. Never Again.
-falling onto a pillow. it broke something in my back. i couldn't speak for a whole minute. it took me a whole year to recover from it. to this day i don't know what i broke exactly but it was Not Fun!

I burned my entire palm on a hot iron when I was little. My mom had to step out of the room for like a minute and she specifically told me "don't touch the iron it's very hot." I guess I had to test that. I was 5.
I remember the blisters, but my hand is completely fine now.

Not good for those that are squeamish about injuries with nails buuut, I had an incident with the nail on my big toe and a hoe or trowel. Me being dumb, I wore flip flops against someone's advice to wear close-toed shoes, and I ended up cutting up part of the toenail and lifting it up farther back than normal. Hurt real bad for a few weeks when I put pressure on it to walk.
Another time I sprained my ankle walking down stairs and slid. My ankles have always been a little wonky and weak. Although, this time it swelled up horribly which freaked me out. It hurt bad enough that I had to scoot myself around the house in a computer chair with my good leg. Luckily, I only had to use a compression bandage for a few days before it settled down.

When I was 9 or 10 I managed to get a really deep cut (roughly 1.5cm) in my right knee - luckily no bones were injured, so that's the upside xD Problem was, I never cry when I'm physically hurt (at least I haven't done so since I was 5 or something) so my mom didn't realize how bad at was at first - I just sat there on the ground and held my knee, so you couldn't even see most of the blood. It took a while to get me to the hospital and I had to stay there for two days, that wasn't fun. To this day, my knee hurts sometimes especially when it's very warm or very cold - but at least I've got a story to tell xD

take a look at my
skin shop pretty please? u.u
i don't remember this but apparently it was bad enough to leave a nasty scar so im putting it here anyway.
when i was really little, probably around 3-4 years old, i had a surgery to get a growth on my knee removed (fun fact: i'm actually missing a tiny little fraction of my knee from that still.)
evidently, toddler me was no match for those stitches, and i tripped and fell and they came loose. i believe this happened twice.
i do not remember this, but i definitely have a big scar on my knee, so it definitely happened :P
edit: oh, if sicknesses count, worst pain i've ever been in was bronchitis and pneumonia. at the same time.
i could barely breathe without pain, much less function. it was horrible. 0/10 do not recommend.
