Found a quality site for managing macros that even includes fasting options! I'm so stoked, the papers from the doc for scheduling fasting and calculating macros looked like they were from a photocopier that died in 1970.

OH MY GOD YES! There's a Japanese restaurant in my area and man it's good stuff! I like the red bean-it's similar in a sense to vanilla but still has a distinct flavor.
